Classification of the countries visited

We decided to make a classification of the countries we visited according to a dozen of criteria.
The quotations we gave are, of course, our own feeling but they can obviously vary form one person to the next.
The quotation might also vary from one season to the next or may vary if we were living on land.

Sceenery : Beauty of the sceeneries seen from the boat, includes the underwater world.
Safety : Steeling on the boat, including the dinghy
Interest : Interest from a tousrism point of view.
Fishing : Chances to fish either while sailing or at anchor.
Formalities : Welcome, cost, leangth of time permittes and complexity of the formalities when arriving or leaving the country.
Anchorage : As far as the quality is concerned: access, quiteness, and, mainly,quality as a shelter, not as far as the beauty of the sceenery is concerned.
Navigation : navigation conditions, storm, high winds, tides, current during the period we were there.
Classification : Starting from 1, the most appreciated countries.
