Minuit is an "Eagle owl". She is a sloop rigged as a cutter, and has a swing keel. Her small draft makes it possible for us to anchor very close to the beaches.
 
Her interior in blond wood gives her the attraction of a deep sea sailing boat. She has a central cockpit.
 
With the latest navigation electronic equipment, Minuit will seduce both the people eager to navigate and the ones who prefer sunbathing on the deck.
